Melissa is both compassionate and kind, combined with knowledgeable and resourceful. These traits together create a powerhouse of a coach. She is one who has the ability to hold a judgment-free space where you feel safe to explore your challenges, lean into your weaknesses, and embrace your whole person, as you are. She asks thought provoking questions, demonstrating that she is listening, and that she is invested in her clients. It has truly been a blessing to work with her, to grow along side of her, and have been accompanied by her on my journey.
